What we offer with a full-time job:

Salary: Between €3500 and €4200 per month
Tips:
On average €700 in cash per month
Travel allowance:
From 10km up to €250 per month
Quarterly bonuses:
Up to €1200
Holiday pay:
8%
Vacation days:
26 per year

Job requirements

What will you be doing?

As Head Chef, you and your team are responsible for delivering the ultimate dining experience to our guests. You’ll ensure that your colleagues consistently meet the high quality we, and you, strive for. To achieve this, you’ll oversee kitchen operations, manage and coach the team, maintain kitchen equipment, and ensure the quality of ingredients. You understand that teamwork is key to achieving the best results, and your excellent communication skills help foster that. In addition to kitchen duties, you’ll also manage costs, create schedules, and encourage training and development within your kitchen team.


Who are you?

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a kitchen management position.
  • You’re available to work 40 hours a week.
  • You’re willing to work both weekdays and weekends.
  • You speak and write Dutch or English.
  • You’re familiar with hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP).
  • You have a passion for seafood and knowledge of this product.
  • You’re stress-resistant and a team player.
  • You have strong communication skills.
  • You live in Amsterdam or the surrounding area.
