Family De Visscher
Our History
Fons de Visscher was a respected fishmonger for 27 years in Helmond, a small city in the Netherlands, when he decided to start a new adventure. Driven by his passion for fish and excellent wines, Fons founded The Seafood Bar. The first restaurant opened its doors in 2012. Fast forward to today, and we see our dream becoming a reality.
What started with a dream
We now have five restaurant locations. All in beautiful buildings on prime locations. In Amsterdam, Utrecht or overseas in Soho, London
