Your Role as Bar Manager
As Bar Manager, you are responsible for everything related to the bar. You develop cocktail menus, train the bar team, and ensure the bar always operates flawlessly.

Additionally, you act as a key strategic partner at management level, actively contributing to the overall success of the venue. You are the person who ensures that every guest at the bar enjoys a luxurious and unforgettable experience.

We are The Seafood Bar:

In 2012, we opened our first restaurant. Since then, we have grown into a fast-growing company with six popular and modern locations across Amsterdam, Utrecht, London and now even Curaçao. Every day, we proudly serve high-quality, sustainable and creative dishes.

In addition to lunch and dinner, you can now also visit our exclusive speakeasy bar, Zum Barbarossa. Here, we serve delicious cocktails and bites. On weekends, a DJ sets the mood and the bar comes alive with music and dancing.

Our ambitions are big. Every day, we strive to achieve the best possible results, both for our guests and for our valued colleagues – now numbering over 300. What You’ll Do:

Who You Are:

• Extensive experience as a leader in hospitality or the restaurant industry.

• Expertise in creating cocktail menus and bar concepts.

• Passionate about nightlife, luxury, and top-tier hospitality.

• Stress-resistant, creative, and energetic.

• Fluent in Dutch or English

• Strong attention to detail, quality, and guest experience.
