About Noa
Hidden beneath the iconic Beurs van Berlage, in what was once a bicycle cellar, Noa opens this fall – a completely new nightlife experience in the heart of Amsterdam. Here, music, atmosphere, gastronomy, and design come together in an exclusive restaurant-bar and nightlife destination.

Noa is located in a breathtaking space with 23 monumental arches, a historic venue where even the king and queen once got married. From 5:00 PM, we serve refined Japanese temaki hand rolls prepared by our culinary sushi chef. Later, Noa transforms into a late-night hotspot with cocktails, live performers, and dancing until 3:00 AM on weekends.

Noa is an initiative by The Seafood Bar, aiming to bring a completely new experience to Amsterdam’s nightlife.

Your Role as Bar Manager
As Bar Manager, you are responsible for everything related to the bar. You develop cocktail menus, train the bar team, and ensure the bar always operates flawlessly.

Additionally, you act as a key strategic partner at management level, actively contributing to the overall success of the venue. You are the person who ensures that every guest at the bar enjoys a luxurious and unforgettable experience.

Job requirements

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain cocktail menus and bar concepts.

  • Lead and train the bar team.

  • Ensure flawless bar operations and high quality standards.

  • Contribute to operational and strategic decisions at management level.

  • Oversee guest experience, atmosphere, and service quality at the bar.

Who You Are:

  • Extensive experience as a leader in hospitality or the restaurant industry.

  • Expertise in creating cocktail menus and bar concepts.

  • Passionate about nightlife, luxury, and top-tier hospitality.

  • Stress-resistant, creative, and energetic.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English.

  • Strong attention to detail, quality, and guest experience.
