What we offer:
- Salary: €2800 to €3300 per month (based on a full-time contract).
- Tips: On average €700 in cash per month (based on a full-time contract).
- Travel allowance: From 10km up to €250 per month.
- Quarterly bonuses: Up to €800.

Job requirements
What will you do?
As Assistant Manager, you’ll work with the management team to ignite the right energy in a team of 20 to 40 colleagues. You’ll be the point of contact for both your team and our guests, seamlessly switching between roles, from leadership to host. You’ll support the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and contributing to financial goals. You’ll coach and train the team, create schedules, manage purchasing, and help maintain a great work environment. As Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in the restaurant’s success.
Who are you?
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in hospitality.
- Knowledge of fish or wine is a plus.
- Available for 32 to 40 hours per week.
- Flexible and available for evening and weekend shifts.
- Living in Amsterdam or the surrounding area.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Presentable, communicative, and a real team player.
- Detail-oriented and able to keep calm under pressure.
