• Salary ranging from €2800 to €3300 per month.

• Monthly tips averaging €700 (based on a full-time contract).

What will you be doing?
As an Assistant Manager, you will share responsibility for leading a team of 20 to 40 colleagues. Together with the management team, you will serve as a point of contact for both our colleagues and guests, and you will sometimes take on the role of host or hostess. You will also support the General Manager by overseeing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to achieving financial targets. Your responsibilities will include team training and development, ensuring staff satisfaction, scheduling, and procurement. In short, as an Assistant Manager, you play a crucial role in the restaurant's success.

Who are you?

• You have at least 2 years of relevant leadership experience in the hospitality industry.

• Knowledge of seafood and/or wine is a plus.

• Available to work 32 to 40 hours per week.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

• Living in or around Amsterdam.

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

• Presentable and strong in communication.

• A team player with attention to detail and able to handle stressful situations effectively.
