Job description

As an Operations Manager, you are the person who makes sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. You maintain oversight of processes, staffing, quality, and costs, enabling the Assistant General Manager and the floor team to excel. You’re not necessarily the one who is constantly visible to guests, but you are fully in control of the operation. You spot issues before they happen, and you fix them.

You work closely with the Assistant Manager(s), chefs, shift leaders, and the management team, ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently, profitably, and professionally every single day.

Highlights:

• Salary ranging from €4.500 to €5.500 per month

• Monthly tips €700 average in cash

• Quarterly bonus scheme

• Full-time position 38-40 hours

What will you do?

As Operations Manager, you are responsible for the daily organisation and continuous optimisation of the restaurant operation. You bring structure, systems, and continuity.

Who are you?

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role as General or Operations Manager

• Available to work 38-40 hours per week

• Willing to work both weekdays and weekends

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written

• A stress-resistant team player with strong communication skills

• You are guest-oriented and passionate about hospitality

• You live in or around Amsterdam
