Job requirements

What will you be doing?

As an (freelance) independent chef, you will creatively present the most exquisite shellfish and seafood dishes. You'll expertly fillet, prepare perfectly cooked fish, and assist with preparations (mise en place). During service, you'll run your section, a task you excel at due to your sharp focus and concentration. After service, you'll help with kitchen cleanup to ensure you and your colleagues start the next day with a fresh slate. You'll work within an enthusiastic team that strives for a unique guest experience daily, emphasising fresh and high-quality food.


Who are you?

  • You must be registered with the Chamber of Commerce, possess a valid VAT number and you are able to issue professional invoices on a weekly or monthly basis. 
  • You have a minimum of 2 year of experience as a chef de partie.
  • You are available for 16 to 40 hours per week.
  • You are flexible and willing to work on weekdays and weekends.
  • You can speak Dutch or English.
  • You are familiar with hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP).
  • You have a passion for seafood; knowledge of it is a plus.
