Production Kitchen Assistant

What will you be doing?

The Seafood Bar Group is opening a brand-new central production kitchen. From here, we prepare the daily mise en place for our 5 Seafood Bar restaurants and House of Noa. And we’re looking for new team members to join us.

As a Production Kitchen Assistant, you and your colleagues make sure all our restaurants are fully prepared before service starts. You’ll wash, cut, clean, prepare and portion ingredients and products. Everything is prepared, packed and organised for delivery to our different locations.

You’ll work in a close-knit team of around 4–6 colleagues, led by the Head Chef of the production kitchen. The big advantage? Daytime hours. You’ll work Monday to Saturday, approximately 07:00/08:00 to 15:00.

Experience as a chef is a plus, but definitely not required. Experience in a production kitchen, catering, food production or the food industry is also a great fit. And if you have little kitchen experience but enjoy working with food, are hands-on and work accurately, we’ll teach you the rest.

What will you do?

• Prepare the daily mise en place

• Wash, cut, clean and portion ingredients

• Prepare and pack products for our restaurants

• Work according to fixed recipes, quantities and procedures

• Keep your workplace clean and organised

• Work according to hygiene and HACCP standards

• Make sure all orders are ready on time together with the team
