Job requirements

What will you be doing?

You and your team are responsible for delivering the ultimate dining experience to our guests. You ensure that your colleagues achieve the quality we and you strive for. To achieve this, you have control over the operation, the team, the kitchen equipment, and the food, including the quality of the ingredients. To create the best results, you understand that teamwork is crucial and your excellent communication skills contribute positively, even when you are critical. Outside the kitchen, you manage costs, create schedules, and encourage training and development for your colleagues in the kitchen.

Who are you?

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • You are available for 40 hours per week.
  • You are willing to work on weekdays and weekends.
  • You can speak and write in Dutch.
  • You are familiar with hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP).
  • You have a passion for seafood and extensive knowledge of it.
  • You are a stress-resistant team player.
  • You possess strong communication skills.
  • You reside in Amsterdam or the surrounding area.
