What we offer:
Salary: between €3000 and €4000 per month
Tips: On average, €500 in cash per month
Travel reimbursement: From 10 km up to a maximum of €250 per month
Quarterly bonuses: Up to €1200
Pension scheme.
Holiday pay: 8%
Vacation days: 26 per year

What will you be doing?
As Head Chef, you and your team are responsible for delivering the ultimate dining experience to our guests. You ensure that your colleagues consistently achieve the high quality we, and you, strive for. To make this happen, you oversee the kitchen operation, manage and coach the team, maintain kitchen equipment, and ensure the quality of the ingredients. You understand that teamwork is essential to achieving the best results, and your excellent communication skills contribute to this. In addition to the kitchen, you also manage costs, create schedules, and promote training and development within your kitchen team.
Who are you?
You have at least 3 years of experience in a kitchen management position.
You are available for 40 hours per week.
You are willing to work both weekdays and weekends.
You speak and write in either Dutch or English.
You are familiar with hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP)
You have a passion for seafood and knowledge of this product.
You are stress-resistant and a team player.
You possess strong communication skills.
You live in Amsterdam or the surrounding area.
