What will you do? 

As a restaurant manager at The Seafood Bar, you will be responsible for 20 to 40 colleagues. Together with the rest of the management team, you are the point of contact for both our colleagues and guests. You are the face of the restaurant and ensure that all guests leave with a smile. You will manage the daily operations effectively and ensure guest satisfaction. As a restaurant manager, you are responsible for financial results, team training and development, staff satisfaction, scheduling, and procurement. In short, you ensure your restaurant runs smoothly and do everything for a happy team and satisfied customers.

Who are you? 

You have a minimum of 2 years of experience. You are available for 40 hours per week. You are willing to work on weekdays and weekends. You speak and write in Dutch and English. You are a stress-resistant team player. You have good communication skills. You live in Amsterdam or the surrounding area. You are guest-oriented and value hospitality.
