What we offer you:

Salary: Starting at approximately €16.87 gross (including 8% vacation pay and vacation days).

Tips: An average of €700 in cash per month on a full-time basis.

Travel allowance: From 10 km, up to a maximum of €250 per month.

Flexibility: A flexible contract with the possibility of fixed hours.

Growth opportunities: Potential to grow into a Sous Chef or even a Head Chef position. 

What we are currently looking for:

  • A Chef de Partie for around 20 - 40 hours per week, flexible, also on weekends and evenings.

  • Please note: The first contract will usually be 0 hours contract, but open for discussion to switching to fixed hours.

Job requirements

What will you be doing?

As Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for the creative presentation of the finest seafood and shellfish dishes. You’ll skillfully fillet fish, prepare perfectly cooked seafood, and assist with mise en place. During service, you’ll run your own section with focus and precision, ensuring every dish meets the highest standards. After service, you’ll help to make the kitchen ready for the next day. You’ll work within a enthusiastic team, all dedicated to providing a unique dining experience with fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Who are you?

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

  • You are available for 16 to 40 hours per week.

  • You are willing to work evenings and weekends.

  • You can communicate in Dutch or English.

  • You are familiar with hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP).

  • You have a passion for seafood; knowledge of seafood is a plus.
