Hidden beneath the iconic Beurs van Berlage, in what was once a bicycle cellar, Noa will open its doors this autumn — a completely new nightlife experience in the heart of Amsterdam. Here, music, atmosphere, gastronomy, and design come together in an exclusive restaurant-bar and nightlife destination.

Noa is set in a breathtaking space with 23 monumental arches — a historic location where even the King and Queen of the Netherlands celebrated their wedding. From 5:00 PM, we serve refined Japanese temaki hand rolls, crafted by our culinary sushi chef. As the evening unfolds, Noa transforms into a late-night hotspot featuring cocktails, live performers, and dancing until 3:00 AM on weekends. The clock? Just a guideline. Nights at Noa? Sometimes a little longer!

Your Role as Bartender

As a Bartender, you are the beating heart of the bar. You prepare and serve every drink with precision, speed, and an eye for presentation and guest experience. With your knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wines, you advise and surprise guests, ensuring each visitor enjoys a truly memorable evening.

You’ll work closely with the Bar Manager and the rest of the team, actively contributing ideas for new drink menus and improvements to workflow. You’ll also make sure the bar is always well-stocked, clean, and organized. Together, you’ll create an energetic atmosphere and deliver flawless service throughout the night.

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, and other drinks with flair and precision.

• Advise and delight guests with your knowledge and creativity.

• Contribute ideas for drink menus, workflows, and bar organization.

• Work closely with the team to create an energetic and welcoming atmosphere.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times.

Who You Are

• Flexible and hands-on — your shift may start before opening and sometimes end after the final toast.

• Experienced in hospitality or the service industry.

• Possess at least a basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wines.

• Passionate about nightlife, luxury, and high-end hospitality.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a relevant network in the industry.

• Stress-resistant, creative, and full of energy.

• Fluent in both Dutch and English.

• Have a strong eye for detail, quality, and guest experience.
