What will you do?
As General Manager, you will lead a team of 10 to 25 colleagues, working closely with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations. You are the face of the restaurant and make sure every guest leaves with a smile. In addition to overseeing daily operations, you will be responsible for financial results, training and developing staff, ensuring employee satisfaction, scheduling, and procurement. Your goal? To ensure the restaurant runs smoothly, the team is happy, and guests are satisfied.

Who are you?

• You have at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role

• Available to work 40 hours per week

• Willing to work both weekdays and weekends

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written

• A stress-resistant team player with strong communication skills

• You are guest-oriented and passionate about hospitality

• You live in or around Utrecht
