What will you be doing?

You will become a part of the management team. Together with them, you will coordinate the daily operations and ensure quality. This includes overseeing 10 to 20 colleagues. You will be able to provide support where needed, manage quality, and make adjustments as needed. As a Shift Leader, your focus will be quality, efficiency, and hospitality. You will also be the point of contact not only for your colleagues but also for our guests. You will act as a host, ensuring a positive guest experience and contributing to the success of The Seafood Bar.

Who are you?

• You have at least 1 year of relevant leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of seafood and wine is a plus.
• Available for 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts.
• Reside in Amsterdam or the surrounding area.
• Proficient in both spoken and written Dutch and English.
• Presentable appearance.
• Strong communication skills and a team player.
